Frequently Asked Questions

What is coaching, and how is it different from therapy?
Coaching is not about uncovering the past, diagnosis, or giving advice. It is a goal and results oriented process.
The focus is your present and your future and the path between the two.
How does coaching work?
Think of it like sport: you are on the field and I am on the sideline—supporting you with questions, reflections, and clarity so you can see your next step.
What happens in the initial consultation?
It is a relaxed 30-minute online conversation where we get to know each other, see if we can work together, and discuss the package options.
When is coaching the right choice?

When you feel something is shifting inside you, but the next step is not yet clear. For example:

  • you feel stuck but cannot put it into words,
  • you are searching for direction or facing a decision,
  • recurring patterns or dilemmas keep returning,
  • you sense there is more in you than you currently show,
  • you have stepped into a new role (as a leader, partner, parent, or in a new position),
  • you want to show up with more confidence and authenticity.

You can explore detailed topics under the Coaching menu.

Which package should I choose?
  • Start Point: a single, focused session
  • Passage: a short, targeted process
  • Arrival: a deep, transformative journey integrating multiple areas
How long is a session, and how often do we meet?
Sessions last 60–90 minutes. The rhythm is personalized: weekly, bi weekly, or monthly depending on what supports your process and your life. We don’t watch the clock, we make sure there is enough space for real work.
Where do the sessions take place?
  • Online: from anywhere, via a secure video platform

  • In person: in Budapest, at a mutually agreed location

In which languages is coaching available?

Hungarian and English.

How does cancellation work?
Please notify me at least 48 hours in advance by email or phone.
We will flexibly find a new time.
Cancellations within 24 hours may incur the full session fee.
How many sessions are needed?

It varies for each person.
Sometimes one session brings clarity for a decision, other times, 5–10 sessions support deeper, lasting change.

Packages are aligned with the depth of the process:

Why choose a business coach?

Like a good trainer: helping you bring out what is already within you. Not telling you what to do, but listening, asking, and holding up a mirror. It speeds up decisions, helps manage leadership and expert roles, conflicts, and role tensions. The process supports more stable presence and effective functioning, while reducing overload and increasing resilience.

Who is business coaching for?

Professionals seeking balance between performance and inner stability:

  • leaders (entry, mid‑, or senior level),
  • experts or project participants,
  • entrepreneurs who want to build their operations more consciously,
  • talents facing new professional opportunities.
How does business coaching help?
  • You see your roles, situations, and decision points more clearly.
  • Your professional presence becomes more stable and authentic.
  • Communication and collaboration improve.
  • Delegation, focus, and energy management become smoother.
  • You understand the internal patterns that used to hold you back or drain you.
What results can coaching bring at the organizational level?

Clarifying leadership and professional functioning impacts the whole system:

  • communication quality improves,
  • internal tension and overload decrease,
  • efficiency and motivation increase,
  • more stable, sustainable team functioning emerges.
How does the business coaching process work?

Individual coaching:
The initial (complimentary) session clarifies goals and sets the structure.

Corporate assignment:
We begin with a preparation call, followed by a triangular conversation (coach–leader–sponsor) to align expectations, goals, and boundaries.
Then the individual coaching process begins.
Periodic feedback to the organization is shared within previously agreed parameters.

All coaching is strictly confidential.

What is the rhythm and format of the sessions?
  • Duration:60–90 minutes per session
  • Format: online or in person (Budapest)
  • Frequency: typically every 2–3 weeks, but adapted to goals and workload
  • Language: English or Hungarian
